This week we’ll venture into North African Flavors.

From Morocco to Egypt, the cuisine of North Africa is packed full of colorful spice mixtures. Our menu features our favorite couscous and soup dish, and dishes cooked with the fabulous “Ras El Hanut” spice mix. Aliza’s Matbucha Salad is a fan favorite.

For dessert, be sure to try a refreshing vegan Malabi rosewater pudding.
